CASE STUDIES

How execution gaps closed inside two global operators.

Four programmes, four documented outcomes. Built and run at LyondellBasell and PostNL, where I was the operator accountable for the result, not a consultant observing it. The method they proved is what TriSynch now brings to mid-market teams, sized to fit.

FEATURED CASE, SUSTAINABILITY EXECUTION

Turning sustainability from strategy into execution.

The TriSynch connection. This engagement laid the groundwork for TriSynch by proving that execution needs HEAD, HEART, and HANDS interventions working together.

AT A GLANCE

  • Reach: Global workforce. Customer-facing roles.
  • Quality: NPS +53. Performance 4.4/5.
  • Value: Enabled confident, value-based sustainability conversations.
  • Capability: Tools, guidance, and ownership embedded in daily work.

RELIABILITY AS A LEADERSHIP CAPABILITY

From technical fix to leadership-driven culture.

AT A GLANCE

  • Reach: Initial US and EU manufacturing sites.
  • Quality: Consistent behaviours, shared leadership language, sustained adoption.
  • Value: €1M cost avoidance by delivering fully in-house.
  • Capability: Repeatable rollout model embedded in existing systems.

Situation. Reliability and process safety varied across production plants. Reliability was treated mainly as a technical fix, not as a leadership behaviour, routine, or accountability. There was no shared definition of a reliability culture and no structured way to drive consistent execution.

SAFETY LEADERSHIP AT SCALE

Operationalising safety performance through front-line leadership.

AT A GLANCE

  • Reach: 967 supervisors trained across Europe.
  • Quality: Participant rating 4.5/5.
  • Value: €17K in-house cost versus €203K external comparison.
  • Capability: Standardised, in-house leadership model and tools.

Situation. In a global chemical company, the ambition was zero incidents. Safety performance leaned heavily on individual leadership style and local practice. Expectations were understood but not consistently turned into daily leadership behaviour.

EU REGULATORY ISSUE MANAGEMENT

From reactive firefighting to a structured, accountable system.

AT A GLANCE

  • Reach: EU policy, regulatory, and sustainability issues.
  • Quality: Clear prioritisation, ownership, and decision traceability.
  • Value: Faster, coherent position-setting and reduced coordination risk.
  • Capability: Repeatable framework, tools, and governance model.

Situation. EU regulatory and sustainability issues grew more complex. Handling was reactive and reliant on individual expertise. Prioritisation, transparency, and accountability were missing.
